Steps to add the Farsi (Persian) language on the keyboard:
- Open "Regional and Language Options" from control panel OR from start menu -> Run "intl.cpl".
- Select the "Language" tab.
- Check "Install files for Complex Scriptand right-to-left languages (Including Thai)".
- Click "Apply" to proceed.
- Click "Details" button.
- Click "Add" button from "Input Language" list box select "Farsi (Persian)".
- Finally, click "OK" button
Now you can select Farsi (Persian) from the taskbar and start entering Farsi (Persian) text.
