Job Description:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will focus on the application of project management skills to address all business objectives associated with the release of new products managed through the NPMG (New Products Management Group) process, including working with cross-functional teams, transforming project objectives into a working plan, providing updates to the NPMG to highlight progress, identifying areas where support is needed, and facilitating resolution.

| Qualifications |
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Business Management, or related field that focuses on technical project management. Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of five to eight years of experience in managing projects, preferably in the medical field.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Requires sound computer skills, demonstrating a firm knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Project). Must be familiar with Quality Systems Standards (ISO 9000) and have a cursory understanding of Ormco's core technologies (machining, casting, molding, assembly).
