اعتدال بهاری یا اعتدال ربیعی، (در نیم‌کره شمالی) در ستاره‌شناسی به لحظه‌ای گفته می‌شود که خورشید از صفحه استوای زمین می‌گذرد و به سمت شمال آسمان می‌رود. اعتدال بهاری یکی از دو اعتدالی است که در هر سال رخ می‌دهد (اعتدال دیگر اعتدال پائیزی است ). اعتدال بهاری در نیم‌کره شمالی برابر است با اعتدال پائیزی در نیم‌کره جنوبی.
